By downloading or using Guesstimate ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Guesstimate is a calculator tool that uses Monte Carlo simulation to estimate results from formulas containing uncertainty ranges. You may use the App for personal, educational, or professional purposes.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Calculation results are statistical estimates based on random sampling and should not be relied upon as exact values for critical decisions. The developer makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any results produced by the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on the App's calculations.

Intellectual Property

Guesstimate and its original content are the property of mcottondesign. The App is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Apple's Standard EULA

Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
